Recently stayed at a four star hotel at nagoya on new years eve. To cut story short I was bored at night, cant sleep. It was a new experience for me lol. Was in a club with my girl, luckily the club got their own power generator or something? The music and light were back on after 5mins or so.

But when went back with my girl at around 5am, the whole road have no roadlights at all. And I am staying in a homestay kind of place, due to no electric the main door with access card is not working, I am really so damn lucky because just when I was thinking fucking shit I am stucked outside, then someone else opened the door from inside.

Weekday their min charge for a small ktv room is 500k. Weekend 1m or 1.5 cant rmb. Alcohol price pretty much quite standard compare with all other ktv in town. Beer starting from 300k - 1m+. Bottle liquor start from 1m-4m+. They have package kind of deal as well.

Girl ranging from 600k, 800k, and 1m. Accompany you until you end your session. Yes for sitting and accompanying you only, anything extra nego or depends on chemistry. Last i did they chopped the exit on stay permit from CTT (your first disembarking point). I would presume if your stay doesn't last longer than a non-extendable 30 days unless sponsored by an indonesian citizen you would be okay anyway.

staying more than 30 days warrants a visit to their office where a fine is imposed.

CNY eve and CNY day's ferry slot by now should have been 90%+ booked during 2019, 2018, 2017, 2016, etc etc (becos i was there during the last 9 CNY, hehehe...and this is my 10th). :p

Luckily i changed a bit more in my last trip at 11500/SGD (Hehehe...still not enough for me to spend).

The 5 color money changers opposite Nagoya Plasa Hotel, only 3 were opened for business.

This year 2023 CNY, Batam very quiet as compared to previous 8 CNYs i have went through compared to before Covid time. Quiet in the sense that i do not hear much fire crackers around Batam. At least there is no firecracker sound to wake me up in the morning, hehehe...in the past, morning time can really get awaken by those fire-cracking sound.

Think it may be due to import of fire crackers from China and the not-so-good economic (inflation too) causing people to spend lesser. Playing fire crackers is like "burning money", hehehe...and in order to have a substantial fire cracking ambience, one may need to spend at least a 1.5 juta to have some "noisy-enough effect".

This CNY 2023, its just too quiet.

As per my original plan, i created my own in-room ambience (i did so before in Formosa hotel). This below is the disco effect as there are more than 2 girls in-room.

For me this trip is my 1st trip back to Batam after covid, so no high expectations and consider this a learning trip.

Day 1 is no action day as evening time were raining and money changers were closed as per bro nono mentioned. From Harbor bay to hotel, took a bike ride and cost 20K. During the ride, rider keeps on asking intro girls.

Day 2: Also a raining day. Most money changers were opened but rates bad at 11200. Some money changers even offered 11100 Manage to exchange small amounts at Nagoya mall first to tide over these few days till rates go back to normal.

Taxi was still the expensive option as just for a ride back to hotel from Nagoya requires 50K while grab is just 22k. Upon hearing that, just said bye bye to the driver.

Choose to walk back hotel to refresh the area and the various locations.

Went for massage and the rate is 175K for 1 hour session. The girl hinted want extend the session to add on, but it will be additional charges on top of the 175K. I rejected as the girl is not my type of food, so the session just ended without any extra. At least the massage is good and make me feel relax.

For food wise, i always go Nagoya food court to makan. Per meal is always less than 50k.

Long long time ago before covid started, a friend of mine claim to have tried ALL the MPs around BCS/Penuin area. But when i walked into one of the MP which my friend claimed he tried before, the receptionist didn't know him, but knew me....hehehe.... i would roughly say 6 out of 10 clean MPs in that area will have very young girls who worked as a foot reflexology/massage therapist (trained there).

Thereafter, i advise my friend that he only need to try 3 to 4 shops and then DWELL in it for a short period of time. Allowing the staffs in the shop to know him better over time as well as giving himself a chance to know those shops deeper too.

Yes, they hold a fix salary, and as mention older girls got pay higher as they have better experience in terms of massage skill (they also have regulars too). Note here some younger and prettier girls were not allow to go to hotel room for body massage, hehehe...but well, there is always a way if there is a "will" to get to them to my room.

One will need to look into the reason/s why the shop do not allow younger girls to go to hotel room to do massage, hehehe...yes, look from the MP shop's perspective/s 1st.

(beside Hana Hotel, there is a Paragon Hotel. Paragon hotel got a popular MP who used to allow their girls to go to room to do massage for a few years, then one day suddenly that wasn't allow anymore, why so? :D )

Anyway, once inside the room it will be up to individual's coaxing and action. After action the girls will usually tell me, please don't tell ANYONE that i do this "action" because shop do not allow any "plus plus action", hehehe....i kept my promise with them. :rolleyes:

Example, if i order a girl for foot reflexology for an hour. The girls will be paid a commission for each customer they served (foot reflexology usually were paid the lowest basic commission as its the lowest package in-shop). A little higher commission for Traditional Massage and an even higher amount for top packages like Aromatherapy Massage or other top range massage package.

Food and accommodation were 100% covered by the company they worked for too. They usually stayed in place which the young girls called, Mass (sound something like that). The girls who stayed in company provided place were mostly singles (as in not married) and mostly "younger" who came from different parts of Indonesia.

Those who stay in-house mass can save up 100% of their salary if they do not have "extra entertainment".

Younger girls made about 4 to 6 juta a month (more/less depending if there are a major holiday like CNY, Labour Day etc during a certain month), including commission but excluding tips. I am surprised that older girls made more than that (as in more than younger therapist).

Older therapist usually have family members, eg husband, kid/s etc, in Batam. They hold a higher fix salary too. And they usually "stayed out" and have more freedom.

Most if not all massage therapist will have one day off per week. They can also choose not to go for their off day and come back to shop to work, but usually there's basic no salary. Only commission were given (and tips from customer/s).

Nope, whenever there is discount given to customer, it will NOT jeopardize the therapist's commission.

Example, if i have been massage before my bro Blackpage in a XXX MP, and if i return to XXX MP and REQUEST from reception to have bro Blackpage to massage me again, bro Blackpage will get a slightly higher commission then the 1st time massage session.
