Correct, but why she did not make a police report? Anyone can make an accusation of rape including the makcik selling kuih but why no police report?

Why the lawyer never cross examine and ask why she did not make a police report? Because she knew what was going on? And being raped for 7 years and never knew what was going on? So what changed her decision? This is called incomplete dossier in indonesia, where the case will be thrown out by the court.

There was ZERO Cross Examination. The accused pleaded guilty to two charges of 'conspiracy to rape', so what CNA reported was a Plea Hearing for sentence mitigation, not a trial.

'Conspiracy to rape' is obviously a lesser charge, and they may have been offered the charge during plea bargaining as the judge didn't want to drag the victims through a trial.

As it is, these fellas are going to spend a long time in jail, and get the rotan.

Correct its a plea sentence as they plead guilty, but the judge should have rejected the plea sentence as the question to why she did not make a police report for being raped for 7 years? She said she was drugged where is the rape kit? Where is the toxicology report?

Like that anyone can say you rape them without any evidence, the judge screwed up very badly, in indon, judge sure got impeached and removed from bench if he made such a call, but in indon is tiga hakim, so this can never happen
