Sleepy at night

Every night at around this hour. I feel very sleepy. Drink coffee also no use. Some say i am not young. Some say i over-work my body. Any doctor here can verify?

If you weren't sleepy at night, you'd be in serious trouble.

"Night" is the right time to be sleepy.

During nite time this hrs, it's natural to feel sleepy. Day time, spend our energy to work, nite time for us to take a rest & replenish our energy. When feel tired, juz fall asleep, why u must keep yourself awake at this hrs? Doing some project, work nite-shift?? Last time, needed to rush for some projects, I drank chicken essence to stay awake.

Well, we r not doctors here. If really feel not so alright, seek a certified physician asap.

I only feel slpy only after 1am
Its gd to feel slpy. It might be u wake up early in the morning?
Actually its gd to slp b4 11pm. As our body start the cleansing system from 10pm to 11pm onwards.

Me laji jialat. Slept for around 4 to 5 hours a day. Even physically tired, I still can't fall asleep. Seems the mind just don't stop working.
