Surgeons abandoning their profession
An honorable member of the Coffee Shop Has Just Posted the Following:
I have always held the opinion that if one is privileged enough to become a surgeon, one should remain faithful to the calling. Doctors take the Hippocratic Oath to treat people and to save lives. To do otherwise and to abandon the profession is an injustice to mankind. Those who do so deliberately ought to be ashamed.
