Thumbs up Super talented Kwa famiLee - Kwa Chong Guan, from Historian to Nuclear specialist

An honorable member of the Coffee Shop Has Just Posted the Following:

He was identified in 2012 as a Historian and quotations were taken from him on the event of the death of Yong Nyuk Lin. PAP MeLeetocrashit at work?

Historian Kwa Chong Guan told The Straits Times yesterday that his uncle was a very private person.

'After he stepped down, he never appeared in the public domain, he turned down interviews, he turned down an invitation to be interviewed by the National Archives for their oral history records,' said Professor Kwa.

He added that the family was coping well with Mr Yong's death. 'When you are 94 and you are not in the best of health, the family was prepared.'

Fast forward to january 2015, and he is now a RSIS Nuclear senior fellow. Wow. Kwas are so super talented. Why donch one of them be the next PeeM ah?

In 2013, Singapore handled more than 32 million containers, slightly behind the Port of Shangai, which tops the list of the world's busiest.

RSIS nuclear safety senior fellow Kwa Chong Guan added: "We are living in an increasingly risky world of new and more dangerous chemical, biological and radiological threats."
