I just wanna share experiences with bros here regarding filming women secretly. After reading about someone being caught for filming with a hidden pen , i am worried for our safety. The punishment and humiliation will be severe if caught.

Personally I have been doing it for a good 6 or 7 years. Last time I will aim at my pretty classmates who wore low cut. Then at supermarkets or bookshops at housewives or young working women. All the time I would use my hp. Caught a couple of nipples once on a girl on mrt.

According to what you say, either you are filming people in public places, shouldn't be against the law. It might be consider that you are collecting evidences against women flasher who flash their nipples in public area.

But then again, I am no lawyer, so any lawyer want to comment ?

do note that if caught, they will raid your house and take all your hard disks... and charge you on watever you have inside.

not worth taking such risks, the videos aren't even clear most of the time.

many times feel so tempted to use my hp but in the end use big head

its not worth it. Bioing with your eyes at accidental zaogengs is ok (take it as lucky strike).

taking pics turn this lucky incident into a crime.

wah, after reading all the news, will re consider doing such acts. scary if get caught, face publish on papers and wife in the court room along with the in laws really paiseh man. But being in SPF not bad ah, can view and reveiw all the 201 vids. Good stuff hahahha.

Well have been doing these since the early 2000s and now slowed down. Cos half the time, know what to expect in the upskirts, but the thrill last only during the period of taking and many a times did not even PCC. Well in short will not do again after all these years.

For the sake of your own safety, I advice you to abandon your current nick for at least a year, if not permanently, if there is still time.

You have spoken in ambiguous terms of committing an outrage of modesty offense with which evidence maybe stored in your pc. Just because you believe you did not commit a crime does not mean those concerned will share the same feeling based on what you said.

Someone has to commit evil so that the bros here enjoy the fruits of his labour, not forgetting he has to take the risk of kena caught by the authorities, provided he is into sharing. Of course, when he post those videos/pics, he has to follow some basic principles like mosaic the face at least protect the victims identity.

There is a difference between intruding a person modesty and intruding a person privacy. In this case, is more like intruding a person privacy. Still ... is an offence. Exercise control. You can overcome it. Take care.
