First thing should be....why go for enhancement?

have been talking to my wife to let her have nice round full boobs and, pointy and curvy butts done ... so that she is more convinced that guys are wanting her ... plus she can confidently dress the way she always wants but yet to able to put on without getting self conscious ... may be then we can bring it to the next level ...

enhanced still ok la, cos it is still fats and not silicon, but wonder if there is any side-effect

i only get turns off by silicon valleys, so hard and heavy like squeezing a basketball

Those hard ones that u have experienced are usually done by cheap clinics overseas (not using high quality silicon) and using old method...

Nowadays (since 4 years ago) the new method + quality silicon it feels slightly firmer than normal breast...

I've squeezed more than several types to make this comparison

if i haven't mistaken ... most people have stopped using silicon but some saline stuff ... i think it is water base stuff that feels more natural and have less worry about bursting as it is non toxic .... i think ...

Usually to contain silicon (USDA approved) the bag is the culprit for the hardness..as need to be able to last 50 years in body without bursting.. saline is using same bags as saline will turn toxic after a few years..

What u need to worry is those unethical clinic offering thinner bags tat will cause tons of medical problem in the future

Those basketball breast mentioned here are not silicon gel in those bags...rather some home made gel like substance that will slowly 'cook' by body tempreture and turns hard after a few years/months depending of ingridient used...
