For all the ferry service provider, you can make phone bookings both from SGP-BTM and BTM-SGP. Just a phone call to check and cfrm the next ferry, or prefered time.
The only problem is during peak periods they tend to dun answer the calls or takes a few tries b4 they attend to your calls. The numbers can be found on the tickets themselves.
1st time make booking via phone you need provide all your Passport details, like name, PP number, expiry date. Once they have that data, next time just need provide Passport number. Nowadays the staff can understand English, so alot easier for cheongsters.
