I personally feels that you all cannot blame that ah pek is paying these PRC skyhigh price and do nothing to them spoiling the market.

Put yourself in their shoes....They were from a century where there is no such thing call the freedom to love...they are forced by their parents to married someone that they have not met before...

Now, all their children has grown up and he has finished his responsibility to the society and family....He want to taste the feeling of Freedom to LOVE which all the PRC can offer to them at this moment...That is why they don't mind paying the skyhigh sum of money since is once in a life time thing to them....
