I have experienced 2 Ang pow opening ceremonies for wedding and birthday in the village. The Ang pow range from 100-500,000 for each person attend normally. Only see 3 times more than 500k. So if go to restaurant in hcmc 1mil also not consider a lot.

haha...you saw the point...

I dun spend 1k per trip...usually spend half...

but no harm changing more...sometimes I flew in at night so need Dong for expenditure...common for us to bring back 5-10mil dongs...

True True. .if u come late afternoon or evening flight..
Too rush for activities no time to go change first

3 or 4 day trips 500 sgd or so is very good (if with night activities )
Of course the sky is the limit....

I used to able to have fj for 600knear airport
