Jane was starting to have phobia of people trying to lay any ambush or trying to hit on her. She was beginning to lose sleep. It was getting incredibly stressful for her. The dark rings on her eyes was starting to surface.

Ginny had just finished talking to Ben over the phone. They had talked to each other for nearly two hours. Ben was smiling,saying Ginny's plan was flawless.

And Ben called his friends for help regarding this.

It was painful to see Jane like this in class. She kept looking around for any possible signs of her pursuers. But what could I do? She had already termed me as an obstacle but after being her friend for 2 years, I could barely take it. I walked towards her and asked if she was alright.

Me: Are you alright Jane?

But what I got from her was a single hard slap.

Jane: Get away from me you toad!

The entire class mocked at me. TOAD! TOAD! TOAD! TOAD!

Now that was it. I stormed out of the class and Tina ran after me.

Jane may have discovered that she was too much but her pride kept her from saying sorry. She then stood up and walked as though nothing had happened.

Ginny walked up to Jane.

Ginny: Oh my. What happened to you Jane? You look really pale. Did something happened?

Ginny said as she gave her a hug.

Jane hugged back Ginny and cried where Ginny's uniform got wet. Ginny's eyebrow arched angrily as she did not want to have anything to do with Jane but because she had something up her sleeve, she had to continue her act.

Ginny: Poor you. Tell me what happened? Come sit here. I'm here for you.

Jane was shocked by Ginny's words but because they were all females, she thought that Ginny was her best friend at this moment. For all her friends left her one by one.

Jane poured out her feelings to Ginny and Ginny's expression was full of emotions; raising her eyebrows, opening her eyes wide, covering her mouth with her hands, arching her eyebrows, etc and she finally patted Jane on her shoulders.

Ginny: Poor you. It must have been so stressful. I guess being beautiful is not easy. I wished I was as pretty as you Jane but I'm no way prettier than you. I envy you so much.

Ginny's words brought confidence to Jane.

Ginny: I was thinking. Do you want to join me and my friends together? Let's go and destress? I know of some great places. How about it?

Jane looked at Ginny and nodded.

Ginny placed her arms over Jane's shoulders and said: Trust me. You will like it.

Jane followed like a puppet and then Ginny was grinning.

Her plans was starting to unfold.

I couldn't describe the pain I was going through. As I picked up my phone, I asked if Tina was free to accompany me for a ktv session.

She agreed immediately and we met at the destination in an hour's time.

There she was, wearing a yellow top with blue denim jeans. She smiled when she saw me. I tried putting on a smile but I was feeling too emotional for that.

Tina: What song would you like to sing?

She said in a cheerful mood. But I just kept quiet and browsed through the pages silently, clicking on the songs that could tell what I was going through.

Reminds me of the day I met Jane. At first I thought she was the super arrogant type of rich girl, but she wasn't. Her first impression had made me fall for her unconditionally. Of course without her knowing.

I was feeling really crushed in the insides. I could feel myself being shattered. As the songs I dedicated, my hands were trembling, and my voice became shaky. The thing that I couldn't control was the sourish feel in my nose.

Tina could not hold back her tears. She looked at me. She could feel the sadness in my voice. And she did not say a single word. I chose a song for us to sing and I was not sure how much I could control myself.

Memories of her harsh words pierced me through as though I fell into a pit of spikes.

I was not sure if I could carry on the 3 hour booking in the room. I threw the mike onto the floor. Crossed my hands and legs, and buried my head.

Tina came over and hugged me, asking if I was alright.

I raised my head.

Ginny took Jane to a pool game where her usual gang was waiting for her.

Ginny: You know how to play pool?

Ginny: Don't be afraid. I will teach you. Or perhaps the pro can teach you so skills.

Ginny turned at winked at Ben as he walked toward her.

Ginny: Meet Ben. Ben, Jane.

They shook hands and almost instantly, Jane fell in love by his charming smile.

Ben: Nice to meet an angel like you. Perhaps we could start the game together? I can teach you how to play. Ginny has booked two tables. We can practice over there ok?

He said as he held her delicate hands and Jane grabbed his hands tighter, nodded as she smiled.

Now Ben took the club and taught Jane how to grab hold of it properly, when he took the chance to roam his hands over her whenever possible.

Ben: Here hold the club, yes. Bend down. More. Lower.

Ginny winked back at him, and texted him.

Ben nodded excitedly like a dog seeing its master.
