Da Lu is in Balestier Road, in between a Mobil Petrol Station and next to a food joint that is in the corner with Ah Hood Road.
It's not far from a Chinese temple (landmark).
The place is dark and dirty. It's medium sized, cramped, somewhat crowded.
The SOP in the place is to enter, the OKT will approach you. If you don't know any particular girl they will send ladies to your table. If you know the ladies you request for them.
