Bro, u think kanna twins so easy huh? When my twins were borned in Saigon 3 years ago, they were only the 2nd pair to twins that were delivered in the International hospital in Bui Thi Xuan Street at Q1 and that hospital had been in operation for 5 years before my twins were borned.

Only go to HCM once, viets r pretty, but i don't knw how to differentiate a WL and a non-WL.

The modus operandi quite simple actually, you just befriend any of them (which you fancy of cos) just like how you do it in Singapore pubs, if they are WL most of the time THEY will be the one who will ask you the GQ whether or not can tapao them back... , you dun really need to be the one to ask directly..

BTW - sometimes they are WL but unfortunately they came with their patrons so this may also a reason why you nearly kena hacked...

hhhhmmmm......looks like i must be careful....one sign is that the whole group are gers only......though this is alos not a full proof way of indentifying WLs...what I do is always ask for number first...talk later.....
