I think you can marry 2 or 3 village girls from Laos, Cambodia, Myanmar, etc. As long as you are rich enough and don't go through official marriage registry, nobody really bothers, if your wives permit it.
I know of a person (non Muslim) who married and got an affair outside. Wife found out and big quarrel emerge. At the end, wife permit him to take the other woman as a second wife and they stay together, go tour together and eat together like one happy family. As long the first wife got no problem and don't report the husband, the authorities will close one eye on what happens in people's bedroom private affair. He even register himself as the father of his son of the second wife. No problem for him. I think this is rare because Singapore and M'sian women these days not so easy to handle and our men are conditioned to think that they must always act within the perimeters.
