So why don't you make these FL OKTs pay a small fee ? I am sure that if it's a reasonable sum, they don't mind. Otherwise, if it's too expensive they can create their own group in Yahoo. It all boils down to market forces (supply & demand) - how much you charge vs how much it cost them to maintain their own group or network.

Yes, Boss Sammyboyfor.. I personally agree. The image of your site may become a "pimp forum" sooner or later. If that is the case, Boss Sammyboyfor is the head of all OKTs in the mind of many Singaporeans when they read the newspaper. This would seriously damage the forum's reputation as a sharing information forum.
To be frank, I came in here to read the experience from the field report contributed by the members and not for the sake of getting the service from the OKTs. Many told me that if you want to find pimp, go to sammyboyforum. This kind of remark reflects that the forum is specifically for OKTs. I have glanced through most of the thread in the FL dome and suprisingly, more than half was started by the OKTs.
Promoting their products in the forum without contributing for the maintenance might not be right in a way. Moreover, the image of this forum has been damaged.

**This is my personal opinion. If you don't like my comment, just don't read especially OKTs.

May I contribute some suggestion. I do think first before I type on the keyboard.
Firstly, it can be gauged through the topic they started. A volunteer moderator may help in this matter. He or she should be a trusted member.
However, some of the OKTs may register a new nick and private message to the potential customers. If they are so free, let them be. As long as the topic of recommending their girls is not in the forum, it will be fine. The media will not target so much on it. It is fine that they try to create a yahoo group. Okts, please don't think that you will not get caught creating inside the yahoo group. The answer is wrong.
As for getting fees from the OKTs is not recommended because the fees receive can't even cover up for the image of the forum.

Oh Gawd.. don't be so naive, if I started targetting OKTs, they'd simply change the way they wrote to make it appear as if they were just ordinary clients writing an FR on a good fuck.

Besides I've got better things to do than spend the whole freakin day playing a cat and mouse game with OKTs.

I think its about time for you to impose ads fees on these OKTs before the authorities get more nasty and impose blockage to the site. I believe most would noticed that OKT getting bolder and challening each other in their ads. It's not difficult to ban this domain or any other domains from the main ISP like StarHub & Singnet.

Yes, I agree with you. Even if Boss Sam impose fee on OKT, the Internet service provider may still block this domain since the topic is the same.
In my point of view, I think that the forum may still be successful even without any OKTs involvement. The government will also not target to this forum.

hahahaha.. its not cheap to run a forum at this traffic volume, especially an adult one. I guess the ads fees total up may not even covered the full expense to run and manage this site.

While Spore government is promoting internet growth, ecommerce and wireless soceity, if the government wanted to ban this site, I bet they would have done it long ago but the current popularities may actually pressuare them to look into this more seriously. So, dont assume you are safe behind your nick or pc screen.

Cool it, Boss. Actually, anyone can identify an OKT because he needs you to contact him to make a booking. The other bros may write FRs but never ask anyone to contact him.

Secondly, you are wrong to assume that if they don't pay they will just create a new nick. Like any business, a nick or a brand or a shop name draws customers. I certainly do not want to do business all the time with unknown OKTs. I believe most bros here have 1 or 2 regular OKTs which have proven to be reliable.

So, for the benefit of OKTs and users like me, it is better to put the relationship on a sound commercial basis. If you get pissed off and closes the entire FL Dome thread, OKTs and users will be the losers. Everybody lose, no winners. What I am suggesting is a win-win solution.

I am in the IT business myself. Everybody wants IT services but nobody wants to pay for it. Well, nothing is for free. If we want to retain this site, it has to be commercially viable.

Yes, it is not cheap. Boss Sammyboyfor might not earn much for this forum but those OKTs earn a lot. Why can't they considerate a bit? It is very unfair to the forum owner.
The government will defintely look into it now as there are two published article in a month time. I sincerely hoping that the OKTs don't promote again as I still want to suft this forum in Singapore.

For someone who moderates posts and threads and oversee the entire website as a hobby, you can't identify the OKTs? Not even Subhas Anandan can get you out of that! The blatant advertising of the OKTs can no longer be missed. I know the status quo is a much better traffic-flow model, despite your vehement and politically correct denials But since you strive to distance yourself from these activities, you cannot deny awareness. Someone once said, "talk is cheap". Say "don't know" also no use one. Any investigator would want to see what you have done to put down OKT activities in a website which you maintain. And this means having to play the "cat-and-mouse-game" which you have correctly described. At the very least, to discourage OKTs and make it inconvenient for them, will lessen you share of the guilt when the shit hits the fan. Think about it.

Look man I could have just shutdafuckup and read in silence, or I can share an opinion. I occasionally use the OKTs services here too. But it is a bigger pain to me to lose this free-sharing website, than to lose the OKTs. Drive them underground at your best-effort basis, and you may no longer be accused of association.

From yesterday, I noticed that your posts have been quite "hot". I think you're under a lot stress. A nice FL should do the job
