Live with it la. There is nothing you can do. I already accepted the fact that the world isnt fair. In the organization, you see some who work and slog yet always kana condemn n retrench. Well, that's life. If the company dont value u, just quit and look for a new company.

But if you are really interested, just check whether he has A Level or Poly cert, u know he is a real officer or not. However, I feel no use doing all these. Just my humble opinion.

Do u mind sharing what kind of company are u working for? Local listed, family business or mnc? Not easy to fire ppl song song unless it is a family business. Even a director don't have the power to fire ppl they don't like even if they cock up. Not easy! Usually my take is I don't touch ppl working under me even when they screw up. Come on, who don't screw up etc? Haha! No matter how screw up is the person, very difficult to justify sacking. Need to report to own boss n HR etc.

No such thing as happy happy sack ppl for never carrying balls. Unless it is a family business. For my place, we also heck care u r officer or clerk or storeman. That one just for recording purposes. We are civilian and it doesnt mean officer will work better than men etc. In fact I do see some buay kan officer. Haha!

Latest news bros, although I did not seek help from union when I got fired, my union called me up after hearing from my colleagues that I got unfairly fired and asked me how I got fired. After hearing my story they advised me to fight all way with the help of union. They even willing to go till the extend of engaging their lawyers to kick those higher management people in my company for their unfair treatment haha. Seems like good show coming up, will update if there's any news. So it does pay off paying union membership fees every month haha.

This asshole is about 40+ I think. He even borrow money from junior staff and never pay back. That one last time is regular officer then end his bond. My co is LTC, S3 is major. Both last time regular officer n now bcome civilian NSF. Quite high rank and even reservist camp commander also can't do anything to them. Lol
