CBT = CHO BEN THANH or Ben Thanh Market

Rate in Singapore will never be better than changing it in Vietnam.

If you arrives in the morning or afternoon at TSN airport, proceed to exchange at the licensed moneychanger located at domestic airport, but when they are closed for lunch, old aunties will attack u with black market rate... also better than in Singapore.
