I must have given a wrong impression. For I mention exclusive of SB is a must. If TS feels that due to the exclusiveness, the current asking price to her was a short changed. Thus the route to achieve the equalibrium point is to increase the asking price to a value she feel worthy compensated.

I went back to double check. I suggest to her raise her current 2k to 4.5k. If the SB feels that with 4.5k and she is full compensated. Any SD who has the ability to pay and he himself feeling that the asking price is in line with his valuation.

Bottomline: The one who get to have the last say is always SD for he is the one paying. He can always wait for someone who agreed with his terms n conditions. (I am referring to SD who can really pay well. )
