Recommend him to the MOD loh, but need a very gd reason for doing that.

Jackyow, want to share yr contact or not is totally up to you BUT you do not have to add a term to get it. Ppl can PM you and you can ignore them, BUT once again you reap what you sow. SO if you choose to ignore them, next time you ask for ctc you will get ignore too.
