Yeah, I agree with you, but it's more than just the law that is a hindrance. Singaporean (and other Asian) women who are in 2 minds about being conservative and liberal who also add to the problem with their (sexual) pretense and their fickle-mindedness (quickly changing their minds about how they feel or felt).
