Any bros can recommend me hotels that no need to swipe credit-card, can pay cash, can easily "walk-in" and get a room for a couple of hours kind?

I would say almost ALL of the budget hotels that provides 2-hrs transit rooms accepts cash;)

I think what you really wanted is to remain anonymous, pay $$$ than F-off with no records at the hotel, quite difficult as all the hotels are required by law to record down the details of the clients, so be prepared to surrender your IC for recording purposes.:D

Hotel 81 and Fragrance Hotel are fairly wide spread in Singapore Central and Eastern region. Cheap & Economic for quickie liao. You can find few in these locations: Balestier, Bencoolen, Selegie, China Town, Tiong Bahru and of course in Geylang as well......................
