But i been there once, the locals mainly like to do Ang moh's bussiness and will not really want to serve chinese... i mean the pubs, but that was many years ago.

My recent trip to Bangkok is a different experience, seems like they are more willing to accept chinese now....

not really. u need to bargain. the price is at least marked up for 40% - 50%.

try to avoid those restaurant facing the beach. those could goes up to 1500 baht. The only club worth checking out is Banana Disco (patong beach). good place to pick up local FL. if lady luck with u, u might hook up with Jap chicks! if you are looking for bar/clubs strippers or topless dancers, Bangla Road is the place. Club damage is cheaper than SG.

if you want some body massage ala those japanese soap massage, you can go Christine Massage. Its near to the boxing stadium. Or if you are looking for FL (note that some of them are ah guas), you can try walking along the road at the boxing stadium..forgot wats the road call but it is closed at nite to traffic

we went there window shopping 1st...(actually look ard to chk price)
last day than buy from the cheaper place.:o

we were staying @ Deevana and outside the hotel has this whole stretch of road(rat-u thit rd) side "ZHI CHA" food heaven....the garlic lobster good n cheap....but if u stay near patong beach dan a bit too far for u....

BKK is definitely cheaper but phuket still cheaper than SG as long as u noe how to bargain...Phuket town is definitely cheaper than Patong beach..any price u get quoted in Patong, just slash by half..

PS: this only applies to shopping. Does not apply to Christine Massage :p

waa...went there a few times..still dinno the best time was 12-4pm..i always go there after midnite for a gd rd of massage :p but the pricing like not fixed one..i went there a few times and got quoted different price for the same panel of window
