I was waiting for the client to view my unit in the west this afternoon... I switched on the ac and also prepared some cold drinks in case she needs it.

She said - 'u don't regret ok?'then we hanged up..

Meeting tomorrow to sign the TA at the unit...I will update what happened after tomorrow...

I totally forgotten about staring this thread. Thanks to some of the brothers suggestions and most importantly, good advice for me to get out before the situation gets worse.

I remember I went to her apartment to get the TA signed the next day. When I step into her rental house, the place smelled of cooking oil and damn!!! The place was really dirty... PRCs are used to wearing slippers at home and that explain why the floor surface is so rough..

I sat at the coffee table and I was thinking , Siao Liao lah....my landlord will kill me when her lease is up..

She was wearing a normal T shirt and some 3/4 long pants.. She had just finished cooking and when she sat down next to me, I can smell the cooking oil and she is perspiring badly. She has no cash with her and I told her to write a cheque to the landlord...she said no cheque book... So, I suggested she go and withdraw money while I can wait for her in some shopping mall.
