my information has been leaked out in here and was only informed by a friend who frequent here. Any advice from any one. Do i need to make a police report?

My colleague told me that my photo is uploaded in this forum and told me to have a look. I have no idea how in the world did i know this person or how he grabbed hold of my photo. I believe he actually used it as a fake identity. So now i am wondering if the police/ the person in charge can assist me in any way.

Besides uploading images is not a criminal offense.

This is not a normal case of putting my photo up but he abused my photo and he is a conman. Just in case, this conman actually go out conning people around and get me into trouble.

The police can't do anything in the first place simply because nobody knows the identity of the person who uploaded the images.

yes boss is right.. even u report to police..u cant possibility tell them the nick only right..

There's a link in the forum preamble to report copyright violations and illegal stuff such as child porn, rape scenes etc. However, if it is just ordinary images taken in public, then the images should not be an issue.

Visited her yesterday and was amazed at how good her attitude was.
