Anyway, it is not easy in the transmission as the HIV virus is the weakest outside the human hosts. Can be killed by hot water and chlorine. Saying that Malaysia guys are much more into this field compared to other Asia regions is debateable. Every country has its fair share of cheongsters.

As for those people complaining to MCA, some are genuine cases, some are not. Those that are not, are using it as a ruse to get out of trouble.
