Sperm count and semen volume is two different thing. I assume you are referring to semen volume?

I tried taking semen volume pills before. Not alot of brands but several. Only one I tried worked, the rest just gives you a headache and nothing more. But the item was pulled off from the shelves later on. Quite sad really, its alot of fun watching yourself cum alot like peter North, its really really fun.

Anyway, to increase sperm volume, I know that you can try taking supplements specifically Folic Acid and Zinc and L agrretine (cant recall the spelling but you get my drift) Apparently Vit C also works if included.
You will not cum as much, but it is decent enough. Please dun O/D man, lol. while they are supplements, but you can still get very unwell eating too much of it. If anyone knows of any ones that work, do tell

For me, lower alcohol and smoke intake although I'm not a smoker. Exercise more and I took a health drinks which consist of 12 full spectrum of vitamins and 65 types of minerals.

Hi Bro,

You checked and you found that your sperm count is low? How is the quality?

In general, if qty is the issue, a few tips.

a) Avoid sauna, hot shower, tight fitting clothes
b) Avoid cycling
c) Avoid smoking & drinking

If quality is an issue, it is an indicator of yin deficiency.

a) Sleep early
b) Avoid spicy food

For both, you might want to try acupuncture. At least it works for me.

eat oyster make you horny. Actually increase sperm count is for making baby since more sperm = more chance of imprenating an egg(a certain % of semen contains sperm). Maybe increasing the volume semen is what you are looking for. Don't smoke or drink. Eat more zinc if you lack of it, have a balance diet and exercise.
