Questions u r asking are all in the following thread.

But i will answer ur three questions:

1. Driver - it all depend on u how much to give him. U can also negotiate with him before engaging him. Afterall he earn commission fm the gal, hotel u booked. Even dining at seafood restaurant, he earn comm too.

2. Hotels - There are budget and nice hotels available. Most popular one is Maximillian which is a high end hotel.

3. Cewek - Prices ranges fm 350/400K to 1 million (Rupiah) or more.
