It not written in black and white in the man in blue book that u need a glass window for the door. Different man in blue come and check got different standard. Is depend how gd ur relationship with them. If you have strong bond relationship you can had a shop empty they can also give u the license. Even you got caught for a few time you still can renew your license without a question ask. That is how man in blue work.
